Refund Policy

1. Free revisions

Every order includes free revision rounds for 14 days from delivery. Revision requests must specifically indicate what requires modification and why.

2. Partial refund

A partial refund may be granted when: an error demonstrably attributable to livecopywriting cannot be adequately corrected through revision; delivery occurs with significant delay from the confirmed deadline.

3. Full refund

A full refund is issued only if livecopywriting is unable to start the project within 5 business days of payment confirmation without advance notice.

4. How to request a refund

Write to: hello@livecopywriting.com with the order number and reason. We will respond within 2 business days.
