2. Service description

livecopywriting provides professional copywriting services for websites, landing pages, brand voice, email sequences, content strategy and social media copy. All services are delivered digitally. No physical delivery.

3. Order process

An order is completed upon payment confirmation through Stripe. You will receive email confirmation within minutes. We will contact you within 2 business hours for the discovery call.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in Euros and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe Inc. livecopywriting does not store credit card data. The price confirmed at the time of order is the final price.

5. Intellectual property

Ownership of the completed copy passes to the client upon full payment. livecopywriting retains the right to cite the project as portfolio work with client agreement.

6. Confidentiality

livecopywriting treats all client information as confidential. Project files are deleted within 60 days of final delivery.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Genoa has jurisdiction for any dispute.
